RETURN & EXCHANGE
Abayas can be exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the item does not match the product image. An exchange is also available if the size does not fit the customer, provided that the customer bears the exchange cost according to the following terms:
- The abaya must be in new and unused condition.
- The abaya must be within the standard available sizes (e.g., sizes 52–54). Custom-sized abayas cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchanges must be requested within one week of receiving the order, while returns are accepted within 24 hours only.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- Exchange applies to all abayas except the Pearl Abaya (ABAYA 004).
- A return fee of SAR 95 will be deducted from the order value.
- The exchange fee is SAR 115, payable when requesting an exchange or size adjustment.
